Cancellation Policy

We are now enable a 12 hour guaranteed refund policy which means you can cancel your order and receive full refund within 12 hour after you purchased. 

Cancellation of status upgrade orders is possible until the processing phase begins. If your order has not entered the processing stage, you can cancel it to receive a full refund to your initial payment method. Notification of the commencement of order processing will be sent to you via email. Once a status upgrade order enters the processing phase, usually within 24 hours of order placement, cancellation is no longer feasible.

Fulfillment Policy

Important: Refunds will not be initiated until 14 business days have elapsed from the date of your order request.

In the event that we are unable to deliver the specified status you purchased within the timeframe for processing, you are eligible for a complete refund.

If, at any point during the advertised duration of the status applied to your account, it becomes invalid, we will reinstate the status upon notification. Please reach out to us if such an issue arises. In cases where the status cannot be reapplied, you are entitled to a refund proportional to the remaining advertised duration.
